The previous command-line tool was just a quick hack, not enough error checking, displaying internal-errors that are meaningless to a user, no batch-processing mode etc... My apologies that previous version expired before I could release this beta. I definitely plan to keep it openly usable with the sdk and by sharing format details etc... I am not yet sure about going open-source. I've tried the old rawzor command-line and at one point it no longer worked saying there's a new version available. But when I checked it out, only the SDK for decompression was released.
